Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your sandals are in brand-new, unworn condition with all original packaging and tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund or a different size.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in the original box, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
